This Refund Policy is part of the Voizio.AI Terms and Conditions. We want this to be simple: no long-term contracts, cancel any time, and clear rules on what can and cannot be refunded.

1. Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your Services stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months.

2. Annual plans

If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment, we will refund the annual subscription fee, minus any usage charges and any setup fee covered in Section 3. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, and your Services stay active until the end of the annual term. Cancelling stops the plan from renewing.

3. Setup and onboarding fees

If you cancel before onboarding work starts (before your kickoff call or before we begin building your agents), we will refund your setup fee in full. Once onboarding work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable, because it pays for work already done.

4. Usage, phone, and messaging charges

Charges for usage above your plan's allowance (such as voice AI minutes), phone numbers, and carrier and messaging fees are for services already delivered and are non-refundable.

5. Billing mistakes

If we charge you twice, charge the wrong amount, or charge you after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund the incorrect amount in full. Please tell us within 60 days of the charge.

6. How to cancel or request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your business name, the charge date, and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first. We can usually fix it faster than your bank. If you file a chargeback, we may pause your account while it is reviewed, and we will share our billing and usage records with the card issuer. If the chargeback is decided in our favor, any amounts still owed for Services you used remain due.

8. Your rights under the law

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy. Changes apply to charges made after the new version is posted.
