This Privacy Policy explains how Voizio.AI ("Voizio," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information about visitors to voizio.ai, people who contact us or try our demos, and our customers' account users.
When our customers use Voizio to talk with their own callers, leads, and customers, we process that information on our customers' behalf. That processing is covered by our Data Policy and the customer's own privacy policy, not this one.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
• Contact details such as name, business name, email, phone number, and address.
• Account and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages, form submissions, support requests, and booking details.
Demo calls and chats: when you call our demo line or chat with our AI assistant, the conversation is handled by AI and may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you this at the start of the call or chat.
Information collected automatically:
• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others:
• Business contact details from partners, referrals, or public sources, and payment confirmations from our payment processor.
2. How we use information
• To provide, operate, and support the Services and your account.
• To respond to inquiries, run demos, and schedule calls.
• To process payments and send invoices and service notices.
• To send marketing emails and texts where allowed by law. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems.
• To understand how our website and Services are used and improve them.
• To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, account, or offers you signed up for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
• With service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and hosting platform, phone and messaging carriers, AI model providers, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Voizio, our customers, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
• With your permission.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website, remember preferences, and understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of any sharing of personal information for advertising.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and reply STOP to any text.
• Ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask for a copy of it.
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by law. Send requests to [email protected].
9. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to delete or correct your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this right.
• Not be discriminated against for using these rights.
You or an authorized agent can make a request by emailing [email protected]. In the past 12 months we collected the categories described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, audio recordings from demo calls, and professional information) for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the service providers listed in Section 4.
10. Children
Our website and Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some states). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
